About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly, thoroughly, and according to procedure.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data for quotations, sales orders, opportunities, and other customer-related information.
  • Customer Information Gathering: Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access, and fulfill customer needs, educating the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions/activities.

Requirements

Physical Demands

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM TO 5:00 PM. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

Up to 5% of domestic and global travel is anticipated for this position. Some occasional local day travel may be necessary.
