Your unique skill set in managing aircraft operations will be pivotal in supporting the ATG Battle Lab's mission to deliver tactical training to naval vessels during their foundational phase via Fleet Synthetic Training (FST). This role places you at the forefront of Live Virtual Training, contributing to the enhancement of our Navy's operational capabilities.
Become a vital member of a distinguished team comprising Technical Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Equipment Technicians, and Operators, all dedicated to the configuration and management of the Fleet Battle Lab and Modeling & Simulation Control Centers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, Integration, and Execution of Synthetic Training Events
- Providing support for BMD Systems and Training
- Managing Tactical Data and Executive Agent Support

Qualifications
- Mid-level experience in managing Rotary Wing aircraft in Surface and Anti-Surface Warfare operations.
- Familiarity with Navy tactical military systems such as BFTT, JSAF, and MARCI System, along with Tactical Voice/Data Communications.
Security Clearance:
- Applicants must hold an active, DoD-issued Secret Level Clearance.
Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 annually.
