  • Maintain detailed records of all estimates, revisions, and final costings, preparing and presenting reports on cost estimates, variances, and project financial status.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in cost estimating within the construction industry, with a focus on water and sewer projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software (e.g., RSMeans, Sage Estimating, HCSS HeavyBid).
  • Extensive understanding of construction methodologies, particularly in the water and sewer sector.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
