Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

- Foster a supportive and encouraging environment for team members.
- Address issues within authority and escalate to a supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policy and state regulations.
- Welcome guests, manage payment transactions, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Prepare for shift commencement, set up cash register, and ensure adequate cashier supplies are available.
- Guarantee accurate billing, provide correct change, and finalize the register at the end of each shift.
- Prepare and serve food, adhere to service standards, and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Additional Duties:
- Engage in various roles including cooking, cashiering, serving, bussing, and dishwashing.
- Comply with customer service and service sequence standards.
- Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the work environment.
- Prepare both hot and cold dishes, follow recipes, and assess food quality.
- Monitor food temperatures, ensure quality standards, and store food appropriately.
- Clean work areas, equipment, dishes, and utensils, and dispose of waste as required.

Regulatory and Compliance Responsibilities:
- Participate in mandatory training sessions and obtain necessary licenses.
- Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations, particularly regarding minors and responsible gaming.
- Report any observed misconduct to management.
- Demonstrate knowledge of fire and departmental safety protocols, and follow proper procedures for equipment operation.

Position Qualifications:
A High School diploma or equivalent with relevant experience is required.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
