Job Overview

Chevron Stations Inc. is a leading retail stations company seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job

This position is responsible for:

  • Maintaining courteous and professional contact with customers, vendors, and community members.
  • Maintaining neat appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with CSI image standards.
  • Supporting and following established safety, security, quality guidelines as well as CSI's policies, procedures, practices, and programs.
  • Ensuring food safety hygiene in accordance with county regulations.
  • Working professionally with vendors and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by being courteous, greeting and thanking all customers while making eye contact.
  • Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely while adhering to CSI guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain cash drawer to be at or below maximum level and secure all funds in safe.
  • Perform consistent station cleaning of indoor and outdoor facilities including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash.
  • Prepare food and hot beverage products and manage ExtraMile and/or KKC foodservice and beverages.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise exceptional judgement.
  • Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
