Project Manager Corporate Office Renovations Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Corporate Office Renovations to lead our team in delivering high-profile corporate office renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consulting services to assigned high-profile client accounts to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
  • Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Interface directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process and implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
  • Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
  • Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.
  • Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
  • A solid understanding of the commercial real estate industry in the areas of financial analysis, project management, construction, ethical practices, business operations, marketing, and business development.
  • Proven experience leading multiple commercial real estate interior renovation projects in varying stages simultaneously and the ability to deliver under pressure or fast-paced environments is preferred.
  • Prior experience in construction and construction project management is preferred.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information and willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
