Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units, technical teams, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Order Management Systems across various regions, including call center operations and retail fulfillment solutions.
- Facilitate workshops with business representatives and engineering teams to elicit and clarify requirements.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders and engineering teams to gather functional and technical specifications.
- Develop JIRA user stories and lead scrum meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Oversee data mapping processes and coordinate with source, target, and middleware teams to ensure accurate data integration.
- Implement a strategic approach to requirements that enhances the scalability of the Order Management System.
- Draft comprehensive non-functional requirements to support system performance and reliability.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as a business systems analyst, particularly in order management systems, with familiarity in microservices and a strong background in ecommerce and retail scenarios.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Manhattan Active OMNI.
- In-depth knowledge of microservices, web services, REST APIs, and various integration methods, with the ability to convert this knowledge into detailed requirements.
- Strong understanding of OMS data models to take ownership of data mapping tasks.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive key performance indicator analysis. Experience with ecommerce metrics, such as conversion rates.
- Demonstrated capability to grasp technology concepts and their implications for business processes.
- Experience in the Order Management and Fulfillment domain.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in a professional environment (SCRUM, LEAN, Kanban, SAFe, Design Thinking, etc.).
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and demonstrate self-directed learning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a diverse range of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Willingness to accommodate flexible working hours to align with international project implementations.
