Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing warm and welcoming service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service
  • Registering guests and assigning rooms
  • Handling guest requests and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining accuracy of cash banks and providing change
  • Working effectively with internal and external customers to provide a high level of service
Requirements
  • Guest service or customer service experience
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to work varying schedules, including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts
  • Willingness to obtain RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) alcohol awareness certification (if working night shift)
