Job Title: Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the River Terrace Inn, a Noble House Hotel.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, including registration and check-out, PBX operations, and mail & message service. This is a Part-Time primarily Weekends Position, however, must have the availability to occasionally cover other shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality guest services that meet or exceed our high standards
  • Manage front desk operations, including registration and check-out, PBX operations, and mail & message service
  • Ensure a warm and welcoming experience for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
  • Positive, service-driven attitude
  • Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer-facing role
  • High energy, attention to detail, and a welcoming personality
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional overtime
