Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and balance all financial transactions, including cash and credit operations, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding hotel services and policies.
  • Operate the PBX system, including accepting and directing incoming calls, scheduling wake-up calls, and paging guests.
  • Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out procedures, and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Accounting background preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
