Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Back of House team member to join our McAlister's Deli team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and production standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely food preparation, meeting quality and quantity requirements.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
