Role Summary

The Catering Manager is essential in overseeing the daily operations of the catering department. This role involves managing a variety of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale banquets, ensuring that all aspects of catering are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all catering functions and events.
  • Coordinate logistics, quality assurance, and sanitation for catering operations.

Qualifications
