Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Libertyville, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data, creating data-driven insights, and developing business intelligence tools to drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data models to support business intelligence initiatives
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools
  • Conduct data analysis and create data visualizations to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analysis
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in complex data analysis and business intelligence
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, DAX, R, or Python
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
