Job Description

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Care and Field Quality Related Escalation Support, and/or Factory product quality development within mobile or consumer electronics or equivalent products.
  • Strong FA/RCCA, Failure Analysis, Root causing, and Corrective Action (CA) understanding and knowledge to lead by example.
  • Fluent in English verbal communication and writing. Able to present to executive management in a larger audience meeting.
  • Bachelor's degree (master's degree is a plus) in Industrial, Mechanical, Product, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong Technical Leadership drive proactive preventative actions functional failure and mechanical defect escape from factory into customer hands.
  • Excellent teamworking with strong cross functional team collaboration and negotiation skills.

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Conduct failure analysis and root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.
