Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000, with potential for higher earnings as you advance in your career, reaching over $100,000 in five years.

Key Responsibilities: As a Train Crew member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely movement of customers' freight. This will involve inspecting equipment, locomotives, and rail cars, performing tasks such as coupling, aligning drawbars, operating remote control locomotives, applying hand brakes, and riding rail cars.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, applicants must have reached the age of 18 or above, hold a valid driver's license, and have a clean driving record in the past 36 months. They must also pass a Physical Ability Test (PAT) and successfully complete an assessment in English before proceeding to the interview stage.
