Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

About the Role:

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our esteemed neonatology practice at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, a U.S. News-ranked children's hospital and the largest NICU in Broward County.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and manage complex neonatal conditions
  • Develop and implement educational programs for patients, families, and healthcare staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety

Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital is a 4-story vertical expansion of the Memorial Healthcare System, a quaternary trauma center and one of the largest public health systems in the country.

About the Location:

The Hollywood/Ft Lauderdale area offers a diverse community with a combined population of approximately 300,000, 32 miles of beautiful beaches, and a vibrant cultural scene.

Qualifications:

  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master's degree
