About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a member of our NICU team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns in the NICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a NICU setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
