Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, a U.S. News-ranked children's hospital and the largest NICU in Broward County.

About the Role

As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Conduct rounds and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
