Key Responsibilities

The Branch Operations Manager and Business Coach will be pivotal in steering the branch's success through strategic business management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting and retaining high-performing Broker Associates.
  • Overseeing the office team and developing a comprehensive business strategy that encompasses productivity coaching, marketing initiatives, and community engagement.
  • Reviewing transactions for accuracy and ensuring adherence to legal standards and industry regulations.
Position Benefits
  • This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, classified as Exempt under Wage and Hour Law.
  • Annual salary range is $65,000 - $72,500.
  • Potential for performance-based incentives related to productivity, recruitment, and year-end profitability.

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $65,000 to $72,500.

Essential Functions
  • Effectively communicate and implement visions, policies, and procedures.
  • Drive profitability and market share growth through strategic recruitment and retention of sales associates.
  • Uphold legal integrity at all times.
Coaching Responsibilities
  • Conduct necessary training to meet productivity and quality objectives.
  • Facilitate the adoption of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Promote success in Client Services through personal example and coaching.
  • Oversee Business Plan Development and Review, including Profit and Loss Analysis.
  • Engage in company-wide and industry events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and management.
  • Communicate complex concepts effectively in both oral and written formats.
Leadership and Planning
  • Guide individuals and groups towards task completion using appropriate methods.
  • Establish actionable plans to achieve specific goals, including resource allocation.
Client Services
  • Support the annual business plan, aiming for year-over-year capture rate increases.
Compliance and Legal Integrity
  • Ensure adherence to all legal requirements at the state, federal, and local levels.
Real Estate Transactions
  • Provide coaching and problem-solving support for Broker Associates regarding transaction-related challenges.
  • Maintain financial integrity and conduct budget profit analysis.
  • Encourage office participation in local and regional market activities.
  • Additional duties may be assigned by the Regional Managing Broker as needed.

  • 5 to 7 years of real estate sales experience, including 3 years in a management role.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing systems to grow a real estate sales business.
Physical and Work Demands
  • Ability to perform essential functions in an office environment, including standing, sitting, and using office equipment.
  • Moderate noise levels typical of a business office.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
