Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our client in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience managing calendars, coordinating travel, and creating correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive team, including calendar management, expense report processing, and travel arrangement coordination.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including site selection, registration, catering needs, agendas, minutes, and contract negotiation.
  • Complete projects assigned by Executives and prepare correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Serve as a backup to other Executive Assistants and Administrative Assistants, handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle high call volumes, and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
