Position Overview

Starting pay: $22/hr

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services as part of a multidisciplinary team for children aged 2-21 in both center-based and home settings.
  • Provide direct one-on-one or small group therapy sessions to children and young adults with autism, following the treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Maintain a targeted weekly caseload of therapy hours.
  • Accurately document client progress through data collection and insurance notes using an online platform, ensuring timely billing for all sessions.
  • Implement treatment strategies across various settings, including the center, home, and community, with required travel to clients' locations.
  • Assist with toilet training and diaper changing as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of RBT eligibility criteria and successful passing of the RBT certification exam is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire.
  • Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in psychology, communication disorders, education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary for travel to clients' homes and our facilities.
  • Strong interest and eagerness to learn about and work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Proficiency in technology applications, including iPad usage and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
