Key Responsibilities
  • Consultations and Services: Provide personalized consultations to clients, recommending the best hair color services and products to meet their needs. Deliver high-quality hair color services, including shampooing, conditioning, styling, and chemical treatments.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work closely with other salon professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experience.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling hair care products and services to clients.
  • Client Satisfaction and Retention: Focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction, ensuring repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Salon Maintenance and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked salon environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
Requirements
  • Cosmetology License: Possess an active cosmetology license in the state where you are applying.
