  • Manage the day-to-day operations of live events, including TikTok account setup, scheduling, video content creation, daily support, and communications.
  • Monitor live events and review streaming data with hosts regularly to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with top talent, providing value and support to ensure their continued success and loyalty.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin is a strong asset.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong initiative and can-do attitude.
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills to drive results and optimize performance.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • This is a contractor role based in New York, with a strong potential to convert into a full-time W2 role.
