Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to patients and families.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current registration with North Carolina State Board of Nursing as a registered professional nurse OR current compact RN licensure to practice in the state of North Carolina.
- BLS (or higher) certification.
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or higher), Associate's Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
- At least one year of previous work experience as a clinical nurse is required; at least one year of previous work experience as a registered nurse is required for a CN2 role.
- 2 or more years of RN experience in an Emergency Department or Critical Care area.
- Prefer Charge Nurse experience.
