Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality home health care to our clients in Wake Forest, North Carolina.

Job Description:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas of concern, and make recommendations for interventions.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor clients' conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Requirements:
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
