About the Job
Texas Orthopedic Hospital seeks a skilled Nursing Supervisor to oversee hospital operations in our fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless care delivery and facilitating effective communication among staff members.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with directors and department personnel to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient service delivery
- Respond to patient emergencies and address concerns related to patient care

Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience, preferably in critical care
- BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Registered Nurse license obtained within 30 days of employment start date
