Job Title: Nurse Development Role

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide direct patient care activities under the supervision of a registered nurse
  • Learn to operate various medical devices and equipment
  • Develop clinical knowledge and skills through hands-on experience
  • Collaborate with nurses, doctors, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Work under the guidance of a registered nurse to complete tasks that support patient care activities


**Salary:** $65,000 - $75,000 per year (estimated)

Requirements:
  • Recent graduate of a nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in good standing
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
