Key Responsibilities:
- Address case resolutions with a focus on coverage discrepancies to uphold member satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support daily business case development related to member complaints.
- Maintain timely follow-ups on member cases to ensure effective communication.
- Collaborate with team members to foster positive relationships and enhance team dynamics.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to deliver accurate and timely resolutions.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Work Environment:
This position is fully remote, with the requirement that candidates reside within a two-hour drive of San Diego, CA. The expected work schedule is from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility to adapt to business needs.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with Epic and Oracle systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare billing and grievance/appeals processes.
- Typing proficiency of 30+ WPM.
