Physical Therapist Rehabilitation Specialist

At JAG Physical Therapy, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve functional independence and improve their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote healing, rehabilitation, and functional recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems on proper techniques and strategies for managing daily activities and promoting overall well-being.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required; Doctoral degree preferred.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with current certification.
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirements in NY and NJ.
- Valid CPR license and experience/knowledge with EMR software preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong clinical decision-making abilities, and a positive attitude.
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
