Physical Therapist Specialist for Rehabilitation

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Specialist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses to create effective treatment plans aimed at improving functional independence.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance their functional independence.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, modalities, and other interventions to promote patient recovery and mobility.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate patient discharges.
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems on proper techniques and strategies for optimal recovery.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required; Doctoral degree preferred.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Experience with EMR software and basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (dependent on experience).
