About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Delivery Driver to join our team at Music & Arts, a leading music and arts retailer. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering company-owned products to customers while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a company-provided vehicle between locations to deliver products while following all traffic regulations
  • Load and unload vehicles, sometimes taking or removing items from rolling carts
  • Move products to different locations in a facility or to help pack carts for loading
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to read and write English and perform simple arithmetic
  • Aptitude to work with computer systems (PkMS) and RF equipment in an automated warehouse environment
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency when entering data
  • Well-organized and able to address changing priorities
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong focus on quality
  • Excellent customer service focus when completing tasks that impact the retail store
  • Positive attitude and support for company goals
Work Environment

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Continuous mental and/or visual attention
  • Able to stand for long periods of time and work in hot conditions during summer months
