As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in advocating and distributing our top-tier water treatment products to households within your designated area. Your efforts will significantly contribute to enhancing the quality of water services available to residents, thereby improving their overall lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Actively seek out and engage potential clients in your territory through various methods including cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Consultative Approach: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' water requirements, providing education on our offerings and suggesting tailored solutions.
- Engaging Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the advantages of our water treatment systems, including filtration and softening solutions.
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong connections with both current and prospective clients, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism.
- Sales Performance: Strive to achieve or surpass established sales goals and revenue targets, playing a key role in the company’s growth trajectory.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and industry developments to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Record Keeping: Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales activities within our CRM platform.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and service teams to guarantee a smooth customer journey and prompt installation of water treatment solutions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in lead generation and closing
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivated with a talent for resolving complex challenges
- Ability to cultivate leads and develop a sales territory
- Preferred familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and DocuSign
