About the Program

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Operations Manager in Training program at ClearDefense Pest Control. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in a dynamic and growing organization.

The program is designed to prepare you for a leadership role in one of our top-tier cities, where you will have the opportunity to operate and grow your own business. You will work closely with our location managers to develop the essential tools and skills needed to succeed in this role.

As a participant in the program, you will have access to competitive salary, signing bonus, and opportunities for six-figure earning potential with relocation and benefits. You will also have the chance to work with a talented team and develop your skills in conflict management, business negotiation, and leadership.

Program Structure
  • Step 1: Assignment to a top-tier city (e.g. Austin, Nashville, Charlotte)
  • Step 2: Development from one of our current managers and leadership teams
  • Step 3: Program completion and evaluation
  • Step 4: Location placement and continued growth and development of leadership positions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or pursuing Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or a similar business-related field
  • 2+ years proven experience in an operations management position
  • Strong budget development and oversight skills
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
  • Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
