Our programs span various sports including flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball, emphasizing fun, safety, and sportsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory and maintain sports equipment
  • Set up and dismantle fields for game day activities
  • Supervise part-time staff and volunteer coaches
  • Ensure that all programs run smoothly and on schedule
  • Promote core values of sportsmanship
  • Organize and maintain game day equipment and cleanliness of facilities
  • Conduct evening clinics for different sports
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor and exceptional customer service
  • Potential for full-time work during summer months
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Program Directors
Qualifications
  • Availability to work weekends during seasonal programs
  • Experience in a supervisory role is preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Capability to manage safety and well-being of participants
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift equipment weighing over 50 lbs
  • Must pass a National Criminal Background Check
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Salary range is $20-$30, depending on experience.
