Job Overview

Arena Sports is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive experience, and promoting our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Become knowledgeable about all Arena Sports offerings, including programs, classes, and services, to effectively communicate with customers and promote our products.
  • Collaborate with customers to answer questions, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Process transactions accurately, using our Point of Sale and Scheduling platforms, and maintain a clean and organized facility.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including serving customers and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to obtain a Food Handlers and MAST permit.
