Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of Associates and Assistant Managers
  • Implement effective loss prevention strategies and ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
  • Collaborate with district and regional teams to drive business results and share best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume store environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
