About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Private Equity Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our team of private equity professionals. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars and appointments for our team members
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and hotel accommodations
• Maintain accurate records, including expense reports and vendor invoices
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
