You will be working directly with top-tier private equity and hedge fund firms under the guidance of our experienced team of industry veterans. Your role will involve facilitating our service offering by assisting, performing, and reviewing various tasks.

Job Description
  • Support Client Leads: Collaborate with client leads on multiple private equity funds within various industries.
  • Client Expectations Management: Work closely with managers, teams, and support functions to manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of client requirements as defined by the limited partnership agreement.
  • Limited Partnership Agreement Knowledge: Maintain a working understanding of limited partnership agreements and apply terms to financial reporting and income and expense allocations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and/or reviewing journal entries, management fee calculations, investor allocations, capital account statements, capital call and distribution calculations, sources/uses of cash, investor notices, carried interest calculations, and maintaining waterfall models.
  • Coordinating the delivery of capital call and distributions notices to clients and investors.
  • Preparing and/or reviewing financial statements, notes disclosures, and supporting schedules.
  • Managing year-end process and handling requests from external auditors and tax teams.
  • Assessing operational effectiveness and suggesting improvements.
  • Handling daily/routine client information requests and fulfilling ad-hoc requests as needed.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary based on experience and location, estimated to be between $68,000 and $72,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
