Store Operations Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our front-end operations and drive sales growth. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer experience specialists, developing and executing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. About the Role

As a Store Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, drive sales growth, and promote a positive store culture. You will lead and manage front-end operations, including sales floor management, customer service, and visual merchandising. You will also collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute business strategies that drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage front-end operations, including sales floor management, customer service, and visual merchandising
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute business strategies that drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Manage and train a team of customer experience specialists to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements

Requirements

* 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
