Hospice Admissions Nurse

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore a challenging and rewarding opportunity in Atlanta, GA. As a Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in coordinating admissions for hospice care and providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate admissions for hospice care
- Conduct home visits
- Work a 4-day work week with Saturday required every 3 weeks
- Clear and active RN license in the state of Georgia
- Preferably with experience in hospice, home health, ICU, CCU, oncology, end-of-life care, or med-surg
- Competitive salary starting at $80,000 and up to $90,000
- Health Insurance – Employer covers 75%
- Dental and Vision Insurance
- 19 days of paid time off in year one
- 6 paid holidays
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.50 per mile
- Cellphone allowance of $60 per month
- Short-term disability covered by the employer
