Behavior Analyst / BCBA Position

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by joining CCRES as a school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA in Lower Merion School District.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavioral assessments and provide detailed reports summarizing results.
  • Develop and implement positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
  • Assess students' instructional needs and create tailored programming.
  • Monitor student data and make data-driven programming adjustments as needed.
  • Develop tools and collaborate with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
  • Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs, ensuring high fidelity.
Requirements:
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere.
  • Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program.
  • BCBA certification.
  • Working experience after BCBA certification.
