- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching methods.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a seamless partnership in their child's education.
- Stay up-to-date with educational technology and integrate it into your teaching practices to enhance student learning.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Washington State teaching certification or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience in an elementary school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment that values academic excellence and Christian values. We offer a competitive salary range of $20 to $26 per hour, depending on qualifications.
