Job Details

This is a trainee position designed to lead to employment opportunities as a Delivery Representative.

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with minimal or no experience in the beverage distribution field but who hold or are able to promptly obtain a CDL-A Permit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and follow the Company programs and policies for safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales, and minimized returns.
  • Observe and practice daily Pre-Trip Inspection of the vehicle to identify necessary tools and equipment.
  • Maintain a driving record acceptable to the company and possess personal automobile insurance.
  • Learn and follow all DOT regulations, paying special attention to driver time of service.
  • Learn the Delivery Structure and Processes and identify and fulfill spot sales opportunities.
  • Assist others on the Delivery team in moving product as necessary.
  • Understand the Company's image and maintain a high level of neatness and cleanliness in each store's displays and coolers.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 60lbs repetitively throughout the day.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Class-A CDL Permit strongly preferred.
  • Ability to learn and apply new skills, attention to detail, and safe work practices.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, starting at 5 a.m. and ending when all deliveries are completed.
