Job Title: Delivery Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Trainee to join our team at Hand Family Companies. As a Delivery Trainee, you will play a critical role in learning and executing the safe delivery of products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Learn and follow company programs and policies to ensure timely delivery and maximized sales
* Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of assigned vehicles and identify necessary tools and equipment
* Maintain a safe driving record and possess personal automobile insurance
* Learn and follow DOT regulations, with a focus on driver time of service
* Assist in moving product as needed and maintain a high level of neatness and cleanliness in store displays and coolers

Requirements:

* Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
* Ability to lift up to 60lbs repetitively throughout the day
* Strong attention to detail, ability to learn and apply new skills, and excellent interpersonal skills

Work Environment:

* Full-time position, Monday through Friday, starting at 5 a.m. and ending when all deliveries are completed
