Key Responsibilities

The Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA, LPTA) is responsible for implementing treatment plans and providing exercise guidance and patient education to enhance the well-being of patients, all while adhering to the prescribed care plan.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a current license, registration, or certification to assist in physical therapy practice in the relevant state.
  • Current CPR certification is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
