About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon. This role requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to residents.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, and be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration. Unlicensed therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure. The successful applicant will also have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check and meet the physical requirements of the position.
