About the Role

As a Manager, Global Procurement - MRO & Construction Materials, you will be responsible for delivering on value goals and building strong relationships with Realty, Supply Chain, and Sam's Club stakeholders. You will impact the vendor selection process and lead the sourcing of materials, while also negotiating contracts with new and existing suppliers.

Responsibilities
  • Own the management and sourcing of assigned material group.
  • Managing mid-level, non-strategic suppliers (price changes, monitoring On Time In Full, issue escalation, etc.).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to prepare RFx.
  • Actively seek new opportunities to grow spend under management.
  • Lead or assist in contract negotiations for new and existing suppliers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, technology, or related field and 2 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field.
  • 4 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field.
