Position Overview:
As a Coffee Specialist, you will engage in various responsibilities aimed at delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve taking orders and crafting a variety of beverages, including coffee and tea, tailored to customer preferences. You will also manage cash registers and credit card transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Occasionally lift, push, or carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Maintain a standing position throughout your shift.
• Perform tasks requiring reaching, turning, and precision work.
• Exhibit a warm and friendly demeanor consistently.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues and guests in a courteous and service-oriented manner.
• Listen attentively to and clarify any concerns raised by guests and team members.
• Multitask and prioritize effectively to ensure outstanding service.
• Approach all interactions with guests and associates in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Participate in all required meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company standards.
• Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Maximize productivity by identifying challenges and assisting in implementing solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Keep the workspace clean and organized for efficient resource access.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Prepare quality beverages and food products consistently, following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Comply with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
