Position Overview:
As a Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while preparing a variety of beverages to meet customer preferences. Your role will involve operating cash registers and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Occasional lifting, pushing, or carrying items weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of your shift.
• Engaging in constant reaching, turning, and performing detailed tasks.
• Maintain a warm and approachable demeanor at all times.
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and guests in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Listen attentively to concerns raised by guests and team members.
• Multitask and prioritize effectively to ensure exceptional service.
• Approach all interactions with guests and team members in a courteous and attentive manner.
• Participate in all required meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to attendance standards as outlined by Graduate Princeton.
• Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Maximize productivity and assist in identifying and resolving issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
