Overview:
Coffee Specialists are responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to exceptional customer service. They take orders and prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences. Additionally, they manage cash registers and payment processing systems.

Responsibilities:
- Occasionally push, pull, lift, or carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to remain standing for the duration of the shift.
- Engage in constant reaching, turning, and performing precise tasks.
- Maintain a warm and welcoming demeanor at all times.

- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues and guests in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.

- Listen attentively to and clarify concerns raised by guests and team members.
- Multitask and prioritize effectively to ensure outstanding service.
- Approach all interactions with guests and associates in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
- Attend all required meetings and training sessions.

- Adhere to attendance standards as required by scheduling, which may vary based on operational needs.
